Monitor Audio Radius One
The Monitor Audio Radius One incorporates an array of C-CAM drivers arranged in three sets of 100mm (4″) woofer/25mm (1″) tweeter pairings, each with its own dedicated reflex open chamber has. The innovative low-profile drivers introduced by the new Radius series allow us to produce a triple action of left, center and right channels from a cabinet that is 40% smaller than its predecessor.
The Monitor Audio Radius One is a very special species of soundbar. Unlike most soundbars available on the market, the Radius One is passive. So it has no integrated amplifier or other electronics, but relies entirely on the upstream home cinema receiver. So you have it in your own hands. The higher the quality of the AV receiver, the better the entire system sounds. Great, is not it? With the Radius One, you can realize real home cinema in the smallest of spaces, because here the two front speakers and the center speaker are integrated in a single housing.
These three are then controlled like "classic" speakers via their own speaker terminal from the home cinema receiver. This means that things like the automatic calibration on the AV receiver work as you are used to and the 3D impression also appears. All you have to do is add two surround speakers and a subwoofer, and real home cinema can also come to your home.

- 4″ C-CAM Woofers – All new Radius woofers feature concave cone profiles introduced with our flagship Platinum loudspeakers and subsequently applied to the Gold GX. Extensive research and FEA modeling has allowed us to perfect the relationship between the new radiating diaphragm and motor design, introducing larger motors and voice coils for increased excursion, higher efficiency and reduced distortion.
- C-CAM Gold tweeters - optimized to deliver the finest and widest performance in the compact Radius enclosures. It benefits from a more efficient rear ventilation design that releases the air trapped and compressed at the rear of the tweeter dome and directs it around the drive unit to the rear loading chamber.
- Single-bolt driver attachment provides mechanical decoupling and improved midrange clarity and resolution. The thru-bolt also acts as a rigid cross brace to provide a very solid, non-resonant enclosure.
