For ultra-understated sound throughout the home, or pair it with the Radius 380 subwoofer for an explosive stereo experience, the original hi-fi mini-monitor evolves; it houses a 4″ C-CAM woofer and a 1″ C-CAM tweeter.

The Monitor Audio Radius 90 is the compact universal genius from Monitor Audio. Whether as a stereo speaker, front speaker in the home cinema or surround extension in the rear area: the Radius 90 cuts a fine figure everywhere. It takes up very little space and still delivers a convincing sound. The well-known 4"/10,16 centimeter woofer/midrange driver made of C-CAM (ceramized aluminium/magnesium) is used for the bass. A C-CAM unit also works in the treble: namely the 1"/2,5 centimeter gold tweeter. Together, the two come to a frequency range of 80 Hertz - 35 Kilohertz and a sound pressure of 102 decibels. It sounds a lot bigger than it looks.

  • 4″ C-CAM Woofers – All new Radius woofers feature concave cone profiles introduced with our flagship Platinum speakers and then applied to the Gold GX. Extensive research and FEA modeling has allowed us to perfect the relationship between the new radiating diaphragm and motor design, introducing larger motors and voice coils for increased excursion, higher efficiency and reduced distortion.
  • C-CAM Gold tweeters - optimized to deliver the finest and widest performance in the compact Radius enclosures. It benefits from a more efficient rear ventilation design that releases the air trapped and compressed at the rear of the tweeter dome and directs it around the drive unit to the rear loading chamber.
  • HiVe II port design – Directly from the Platinum design concept, this is where the HiVe reflex port makes its debut at Radius. It is shaped to have the same effect on airflow as a gun barrel does on a bullet. Corrugation within the port helps accelerate flow and reduce turbulence, allowing air to flow in and out of the port more efficiently, resulting in faster, more dynamic bass response.
  • Single-bolt driver attachment provides mechanical decoupling and improved midrange clarity and resolution. The thru-bolt also acts as a rigid cross brace to provide a very solid, non-resonant enclosure.
  • ¼” x 20TPI single point wall mount. With Monitor Audio's optional speaker mount or a standard wall mount
  • Optional floor stand with internal cable management system.
