Audio Bronze 500 Monitor

The Bronze 500 are the largest loudspeakers in the Bronze Series, delivering the powerful and detailed sound demanded by the most discerning music and movie lovers.

As the spearhead of the Bronze Series, the Bronze 500 features the largest speaker enclosure of any Bronze speaker. The housing houses a C-CAM gold tweeter with a diameter of 25 mm and the UD waveguide (Uniform Dispersion) as well as two newly developed 8″/203 mm C-CAM drivers for more depth.

Standing nearly a meter tall on its sturdy steel cantilever feet, the Bronze 500 exudes a graceful presence that beautifully complements its impressively detailed music reproduction.

The Bronze 500 inspires both music and film lovers with its powerful, natural and at the same time differentiated reproduction. Especially in our new Urban Gray surface, it is a real eye-catcher that fits perfectly into the furnishing of a modern room.

The Monitor Audio Bronze series

The new bronze speakers have been carefully developed and combine Monitor Audio's British sound culture with a contemporary look. During the sonic and finishing overhaul, we had one person in mind: the discerning audiophile. The fresh cabinet designs have clean and clean lines and come in four contemporary finishes (White, Walnut, Urban Gray and Black) with a sleek, contrasting baffle and a discreet magnetic speaker cover. One of the most striking features of the speakers are the acoustically transparent hexagonal grilles in front of the tweeters. The typical Monitor Audio design is also unmistakable in the Bronze series, as it can also be found in the design of the Silver and Gold series. In addition to the unmistakable look, the grille lets light shine on the distinctive golden dome tweeter and makes it shimmer. The bronze speakers are in a completely different class. High-quality, gold-plated connectors and the internal wiring made of silver-plated, oxygen-free copper (Pureflow) offer a clean and safe signal path. The Bronze Series delivers the sound you expect from Monitor Audio. We've used our five decades of experience to ensure our speakers sound great no matter where you place them.The Bronze Series features a new UD (Uniform Dispersion) waveguide that, combined with our signature C-CAM gold tweeter offers an even sound dispersion, an improved time/phase relationship and optimized radiation for a lifelike sound. The built-in C-CAM drivers were designed using a conical membrane geometry for increased control and the DCM technology (Damped Concentric Mode) developed for more accurate timing. The drivers also feature a larger diameter voice coil to enable higher sound pressure levels to be produced. These design improvements allow the Bronze Series to deliver cleaner, tighter bass. Since its introduction two decades ago, the award-winning Bronze Series has set standards and today there are thousands of satisfied owners around the world. With a choice of eight models, including our first Dolby Atmos®-enabled speaker module, all Bronze speakers have been designed to please every music and movie lover.
