In general, it is possible for every user and guest to rate a product. All ratings are checked manually to the best of our conscience in order to avoid so-called fake ratings. We distinguish between two types of assessments:

• Not verified purchase
• Verified purchase

Unverified purchase: This review comes from a user who we cannot prove actually owns the product being reviewed. However, our manual review has shown it to be credible. This review is shown as an "Unverified Purchase" within the product for anyone else who is interested.

Verified Purchase: This review is verifiably from a customer who bought the product via our platform (online shop or specialist shop). The user account is used to compare this information. If the order was placed via a guest order without your own account, this comparison is made automatically via the e-mail address. However, here too, all product reviews are manually checked and approved by us.

In addition, all ratings that are conspicuous are completely deleted from our system. This applies in particular when many reviews are published in quick succession, reviews are written from an incomprehensible third country and / or are hardly meaningful. It is particularly important to us to offer a rating platform that is as authentic as possible, where anyone who is interested can get a credible opinion from others.
