Shipping costs
We ship all items offered in our online shop free of charge within Germany, regardless of the value of the goods.
For shipping to other countries we charge a flat shipping fee, depending on the value of the goods. You can find a detailed overview in the table below.
Basically:
- We deliver free of charge within the EU for orders over 500 EUR.
- Shipping to Austria is free for orders over 200 EUR.
exceptions: Physical media (CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays) are excluded from free delivery. Please refer to the table below for the respective shipping fee.
The shipping costs are clearly stated on the respective product pages, in the shopping cart and on the order page and are automatically calculated if there is a discrepancy.

Deliveries to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All information can be found at MyShopping.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and cheap.
