Right of withdrawal
If the customer is an entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB), he has no right of withdrawal or return in accordance with § 312d BGB i. V. with §§ 355, 356 BGB
Revocation right for consumers
(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)
General provisions
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are digital goods that are delivered directly via download or email after purchase. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day
– on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or are delivered uniformly;
– on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
– on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), and repay immediately latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification has been received about your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be charged fees for this repayment.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right to cancel
A right of cancellation according to the above conditions according to § 312d BGB does not exist for distance contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or
- For delivering sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package when the seal has been removed after delivery.
- are clearly tailored to personal needs or
- which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or
- are clear sample pieces for which you will receive a voucher at the same time
- and in all other cases provided for by law.
