An elegant jewel - the Monitor Audio Apex A10 - proves to be ideally suited for both music and home cinema sound and yet it has the potential of a heavyweight.

With its clear, rounded shape, the Monitor Audio Apex A10 perfectly captures the zeitgeist. And at the same time, the high-quality housing made of heavy die-cast aluminum ensures that this loudspeaker is a timeless playing partner. Thanks to the built-in 1"/25 mm gold C-CAM tweeter, the tweeter is clear, brilliant and high-resolution - up to 35 kilohertz! This means that you won't lose any detail, even with first-class music recordings and Blu-rays, and you'll experience the full range of emotions.

A 5,5"/140 mm C-CAM driver with RST (Rigid Surface Technology), which was specially developed for the Apex series, is used in the bass and midrange. With its special membrane geometry, this driver ensures that partial vibrations have practically no chance and the bass always sounds clean, structured and crisp. But not only the bass benefits from this, but of course also voices that sound clear, natural and realistic. And all this from such a compact housing...

The base of the Apex A10 has several functions. On the one hand, it can be used as a table base to place the speaker on a sideboard, lowboard or shelf, but it can also be used as a wall mount or even ceiling mount. The loudspeaker on the bracket can be tilted vertically by 22,5 degrees and swiveled horizontally. Of course, the speaker can also be placed on your furniture as a center without a stand - but with the supplied rubber feet - and experience real home cinema. Just as you want it.

Apex - our flagship series when it comes to versatile compact loudspeakers, combines elite design with the advanced technologies of our award-winning Platinum, GX and RX Hi-Fi loudspeakers. The entire Apex Series achieves a new level of design integrity, sophistication and versatility, raising the bar in the compact satellite speaker market segment. All three models are constructed of stiffened cast aluminum and finished with a rich high gloss finish in metallic black or pearl white -metallic. Two satellite speakers, the A10 and the larger A40, and a powerful 500W (RMS) active subwoofer, the AW-12, share the curvaceous design, adding a touch of luxury and design to your interior. A custom C-CAM bass driver was made for the Apex design. It uses the RST dimmed high-performance cone geometry that is used successfully in our RX HiFi loudspeakers. The 140mm RST cone is mounted on a stiffened cast aluminum chassis and powered by an oversized drive system and a high performance voice coil with ventilated cooling. The bass driver is paired with an optimised, 25mm C-CAM® gold dome tweeter and passes through FEA tuning above 35kHz. The drivers are fixed to the cabinet by a single central bolt, giving the benefit of mechanical decoupling of the driver and fascia, improving performance Center frequencies and resolution is achieved. Each bolt also acts as a cabinet support, further reducing resonance. Made from high quality metal, the innovative wall brackets are tailor-made for the A10 and A40 and allow for quick, easy and secure installation. Once set up, the speakers can be precisely pivoted and adjusted for optimal stereo or multi-channel imaging. A stylish floor stand for the A10 is available, internally pre-wired to provide a wireless look. Because of its precise tuning, the Apex range can be mixed with satellite speakers and subwoofers in any combination to suit the size, shape and acoustics of any room. Apex offers the sound range and quality of far larger systems in a very stylish and space-saving way.
