Yamaha RX-A6A Dolby Atmos® with Treble Virtualization

If you don't have ceiling speakers or upward-firing speakers, there's Dolby Atmos® with height virtualization. This system simulates the Atmos audio experience with front-facing speakers. You can configure up to five speakers to have the same effect as two ceiling speakers, or use all seven channels for an effective simulation of four overhead speakers.

A new circuit that more than doubles the slew rate creates precise signal transmission and is particularly suitable for high-resolution audio signals. YAMAHA Anti-Resonance Technology Wedge

The Anti Resonance Technology (ART) wedge forms a fifth foot in the center of the chassis base. This dampens the vibrations generated by the power transformer, power transistors and heat sinks, as well as those that can be caused by the sound emitted by the speakers, thus providing dynamic sound and focused, precise reproduction.

Redesigned mechanical structure
