Episode terrain set

The Episode Terrain Set is an affordable landscape system that creates stunning outdoor sound. This kit includes four 4" satellite speakers, ground stakes and an 8" burial subwoofer - perfect for use with a standard multi-channel or 2-channel amplifier. Thanks to the two-way speaker design and DVC subwoofer, this system can play deeper and louder, while a simple cable management system simplifies installation. Also, terrain can be upgraded to an 8.2 system.

Important Note: This is not a 70V system and is not designed to work with a high powered Crown amplifier. Refer to the user manual for maximum load and allowable wiring configurations.

Inexpensive all-in-one system

Outdoor installations shouldn't be complicated. Introducing Episode Terrain: a low-cost, all-in-one outdoor solution that plugs into an existing 8-channel 2-ohm amplifier or an AV receiver's Zone XNUMX powered output. Now you can add a powerful second zone to an existing system without breaking the bank or filling an entire rack.

Simple installation

Reduce installation and maintenance time with Terrain's intuitive cable management system. Drive the stake into the ground, feed the cables through one of the three available exit holes and hide the cable nuts in the stake. Once wiring is complete, use the patent-pending quick-connect system to attach the speaker's head. This prevents twisting of the cables and allows for easy access should you ever need to service your speaker.

First class sound

Terrain's 4-inch satellite speakers consist of a high-strength ABS+glass enclosure, a polypropylene cone woofer and an aluminum dome tweeter. Thanks to the innovative two-way speaker design and DVC subwoofer, this system can play deeper and louder, giving your customers unparalleled sound throughout their space.

Flexible mounting options

Episode® Terrain speakers are compatible with current Landscape accessories, so you can easily mount them under an eaves or awning. We've even added a functional swivel mount to the range that allows 120 degrees of rotation, allowing you to direct the sound with expert precision.

Wide coverage area

The Terrain satellite speakers are optimized for outdoor use. They provide up to 3.000 ft2 of coverage without disturbing neighbors.

Weatherproof design

An outdoor system should also work in bad weather. For this reason, the Terrain speakers are designed to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -20° to 185° Fahrenheit.

Buried subwoofer

A discreet 8-inch in-ground subwoofer provides the deep tones underground and a shattering performance. Its oversized 1,5-inch high-performance dual voice coil delivers plenty of power without breaking a sweat.

Scalable and flexible

Episode® Terrain starts as a convenient 4.1 system but can be easily expanded to fit almost any outdoor environment. Purchase two additional satellite speakers (ES TERRAIN SAT 2.0) or an additional subwoofer (ES TERRAIN SUB) to set up an individual solution with a range of up to 900 meters.
