Episode Terrain DVC subwoofer

The Episode Terrain DVC 8-inch discrete in-ground subwoofer brings out the low tones and provides a jarring performance. Its oversized 1,5 inch high output dual voice coil design means this subwoofer can also be used for other outdoor applications such as: B. to provide a pair of surface-mounted speakers with bass.

Important note: This dual voice coil subwoofer is part of the Episode Terrain series (ES-TERRAIN-SYS-4.1) and is NOT intended for use with an Episode Landscape 70V system.

Discreet appearance

All parts of this subwoofer are buried underground, only the "mushroom" with the openings comes out for ventilation. This means you can fit a powerful subwoofer into any garden setting without it being visible or taking up valuable patio space.

Earth shattering bass

A low-noise ABS hood, bandstop filters, and resonance-free baffles and bracing ensure you get all the bass without distortion—including a 35Hz to 180kHz frequency response.

Dual voice coil design

A high excursion DVC woofer means this subwoofer can be wired in stereo for a superb 2.1 system without having to drive it from a separate amplifier channel. Use this subwoofer for other outdoor applications as well, e.g. B. as a bass amplifier for a pair of surface-mounted speakers.

Built to Survive

Our engineers chose a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) housing to withstand the elements, including temperatures from -20°F to 185°F.
