Triad InCeiling TS-IC63
Triad's TS-IC63 speaker is designed for music lovers who want exceptional sound in any room. This speaker uses a woven carbon fiber woofer for excellent bass response and durability. A 1-inch silk dome tweeter provides smooth high-frequency sound and is orientable to provide greater installation flexibility.
The Triad Distributed series is available in three different series, which differ as follows:
- 1 series: 3/4" (19mm) fabric and polypropylene tweeter dome Woofer / Open enclosure
- 2 series: 3/4" (19mm) Tetoron dome tweeter and poly mica woofer / Open enclosure
- 3 series: 1" (25mm) Silk Dome Tweeter and Carbon Fiber Woofer / Closed Enclosure
In addition, there are several different types of built-in loudspeakers and woofer sizes in each series:
- INNER: Designation for in-ceiling (recessed ceiling)
- IW: Designation for in-wall (wall installation)
- DT: Labeling for Dual Tweeters (Single Stereo Speakers) This speaker has two voice coils that allow it to transmit both stereo channels through one speaker, creating stereo sound from a single speaker.
- SD: Designation for a low installation depth of only 4,5 cm (shallow depth)
- TS-IWX1: Designation for Triad - InWall (IW) - Series 1 and the "X" in the designation stands for the woofer size
All speakers in the Distributed Audio Series 3 are voiced and timbre-matched to the other speakers in the series, allowing the homeowner to choose the right size for each room while maintaining the same sound quality throughout the home.
Distributed Audio Series 3 in-ceiling speakers come with white, round, frameless grilles that are unobtrusive and good looking. The grille attaches to the speaker via hidden neodymium magnets embedded in the speaker baffle, allowing for quick installation and a custom fit finish. Custom round or square grills are sold separately and are factory painted for a perfect finish that blends seamlessly with any interior design.
Swiveling tweeter
The silk dome tweeter, which can be swiveled by up to 10 degrees, offers flexible installation options and delivers high-quality sound to the listener's position.
Carbon fiber woofer
One of the strongest and lightest materials used in woofer construction, carbon fiber ensures a responsive and durable driver for the ultimate in musical performance, delivering superb bass and deep bass response.

Magnetic attachment
The low-profile, frameless covers attach to the speaker with hidden neodymium magnets, allowing for quick installation and a snug fit. Individual color adjustment is possible.
Easy installation
Using the proven traditional triad mounting system with reinforced brass threaded inserts, the Distributed Audio Series loudspeakers install in seconds and remain firmly attached to the mounting surface for the life of the system. In addition, the tweeter bridge also serves as a durable handle, making installation easier.
