Monitor Audio IMS-4
The Monitor Audio IMS-4 Music Streamer is the latest addition to our range of high quality custom install solutions. Thanks to BluOS™ technology and the app, you have direct access to your music library, streaming services and voice control with Alexa and Google Assistant.
The IMS-4 Music Streamer's unobtrusive design makes it easy to integrate into any Custom Install project. And its slim shape ensures it only takes up 1U of rack space.
BluOS enables the IMS-4 to stream music loss-free with a quality of up to 24 bit and 192 kHz in up to four zones in the home network. Controlled via the free Ap or via one of the numerous home control systems such as Crestron, Control4, RTI or BluOS, the IMS-4 can supply up to 64 zones with music. Each zone runs perfectly in sync with the others. You can also enjoy different streams in any zone.
The IMS-4 can access millions of Master Quality Authenticated (MQA) recordings thanks to BluOS technology, so music can be played back and heard anywhere in the home exactly as the artist intended.
The Monitor Audio IA4-150C is recommended as a suitable custom install amplifier for the IMS-8. The IMS4 can be paired with Crestron, Control4 and RTI and is compatible with other BluOS-enabled devices.
Analogue and digital inputs allow a television receiver or other non-networkable source to be brought onto the network and made available in any zone. The IMS4 even has a system interrupt so doorbells and fire alarms can be heard.
Works with BluOs, Apple AirPlay 2, Control 4, Crestron and Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI).
