Cavity Radiation Control (CRC)
The latest patent pending technology developed by KEF's engineering team in the UK, Cavity Radiation Control (CRC) is a unique open midrange driver with an acoustically absorptive foam design that eliminates midrange issues, including frequency response dips of up to 30dB, encountered in typical three-way coaxial designs. With CRC, the Ci250RRM-THX offers the highest acoustic fidelity in the midrange of any coaxial three-way speaker to date.

Uni-Q technology is the building block of the signature KEF sound. The remarkable 12th generation Uni-Q driver array developed for the Ci250THX-RRM acts as a single point source, spreading sound more evenly so everyone seated in different places in the room can experience the same natural, detailed sound .
MAT™Absorption of 99% of unwanted frequencies
The Ci250RRM-THX is the first in-wall speaker to benefit from our latest acoustic innovation: Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™). MAT™ is a highly complex, maze-like structure that absorbs 99% of unwanted sound from the rear of the driver, eliminating the resulting distortion and delivering a cleaner, more natural sound.
Powerful high-fidelity sound
Part of KEF's Extreme Home Theater range of in-wall speakers, the Ci250RRM-THX has been engineered to deliver powerful, room-filling, high-fidelity sound for the most discerning music and movie lovers.
Equipped with a 250mm woofer, the Ci250RRM-THX delivers deep, room-filling bass down to 28Hz. Together with the 100mm Uni-Q driver array with MAT, the Ci250RRM-THX offers powerful high-fidelity sound with a maximum SPL of 111 dB.

Trimmed for performance
The bespoke Ultra-Thin Bezel (UTB) is engineered to combine structural strength with premium aesthetics. It offers the thinnest visible border around the speaker and casts virtually no acoustic shadow. The paintable UTB and magnetic cover ensure the speaker blends seamlessly into its surroundings.
Ci250RRM-THX is splash-proof and dust-proof and certified to IP64. The thoughtful mechanical design of the Ci250RRM-THX ensures easy installation with minimal effort.
