The Epson EH-TW9000 4K PRO-UHD standard ensures an excellent 4K UHD experience with advanced 4K enhancement technology. It includes not only resolution, but also all the factors that are crucial for high-resolution images, such as white and color light output, contrast, HDR10, color processing and the ability to receive, process and project content in 4K.
HDR (High Dynamic Range) increases the contrast ratio between the darkest and brightest areas of the projection surface by a much larger area. The result is simply stunning images. Equal white and color light output
White brightness alone is not sufficient for a true-to-nature color representation. That's why the 3LCD technology in the EH-TW94000 ensures that white and color light output are equally high. No rainbow effect with the Epson EH-TW9400
Avoid the rainbow effect with Epson's projectors. 3LCD technology uses three individual inorganic LCD panels to simultaneously project red, green and blue light.
Projectors from other manufacturers use 1-chip DLP technology consisting of a rotating color wheel to project colors in sequence. Instead of a sharp edge, some viewers may notice what's known as the rainbow effect — a distracting and unnatural fringing of colors.

Smoother, faster action scenes
Scenes with fast movements are also displayed perfectly. Frame interpolation (interframe calculation) and detail enhancement ensure that content looks sharp and clean. Thanks to frame interpolation, even the fastest action scene is displayed with less motion blur. This process intelligently inserts new frames between the original frames. As a result, blurring is virtually eliminated and moving images appear smoother and sharper.

The high-quality optical zoom also allows the use of shorter cables, reducing potential signal degradation to a minimum.
