The Episode Response EA-RSP-8D-100 takes multi-room audio to the next level, giving professionals a matrix-switched DSP amplifier that delivers incredible sound in up to 6 rooms—all in one convenient package. Available in three models with 8, 12 and 16 channels (4, 6 and 8 zones), these amplifiers use state-of-the-art digital signal processing to ensure clean and accurate sound in any room. They are also IP controlled, OvrC compatible and have drivers for all major control systems for an easy to control audio experience. With our Response Series amplifiers, you can simply add sources and go.

Digital signal processors (DSPs) are essential to producing great sound. The onboard DSP delivers excellent sound quality in a variety of rooms with its onboard 10-band parametric EQ, allowing you and your clients to find the perfect sound via a browser user interface.

Integration of control systems

Response Series amplifiers easily integrate with Control4 and other popular control systems. With a full set of ready-made drivers, you only need to insert one file to integrate with the control system of your choice.

IP controlled

Thanks to IP control, this amplifier is not only easy to automate, but also easy to configure during installation, giving you and your customers a flawless experience with easy monitoring and control. For older installations, you can control the Response Series amplifiers through the onboard IR port.

Sub output in each zone

Dedicated subwoofer outputs per zone make wiring and configuration quick and easy, allowing you to add an architectural Episode subwoofer and digital subwoofer amplifier to any room. Adding a subwoofer gives your clients a full spectrum of frequencies, providing a rich and full sound experience that is incredibly accurate and satisfying.

Smart and powerful

This amp delivers 100 watts per channel into 4 ohms and 50 watts into 8 ohms for powerful multi-room sound. In addition, each Response Series amp is IP controlled, OvrC ready and features signal detection and a 12V trigger for energy saving - making these amps easy to integrate and use.

Reliable Reinforcement

These amps feature an active variable/dynamic cooling system that increases longevity. They also feature anti-clipping technology that protects both the amplifier and speakers from clipping. Rackmount ears are included and pre-installed for easy installation.

Outstanding sound

With Signature by Episode presets built in, these amps are the perfect complement to our flagship speaker line, delivering the best sound every time. You can also create, save and upload your own presets using the built-in test signals and audio analysis. And for detailed sound, each amp has an adjustable low-pass/high-pass filter when using subwoofers.
