Cornered Audio LS1

The Cornered Audio LS1 is a very compact speaker designed for horizontal use in compact line source applications. Positioned side by side up to 1 per side, the LS6 loudspeakers are designed for medium to high SPL applications in theatres, hotel lobbies, conference rooms and high SPL entertainment venues. When equipped with 2 boxes, the beam angle is 90×50 degrees, with 4 boxes 90×40 degrees and with 6 boxes 90×30 degrees. An array of 2×6 delivers 105 dB at 30 meters in pure HiFi sound quality.

The line source loudspeakers weigh less than 7 kg per cabinet and offer a very high SPL to weight and SPL to size ratio. The chassis of the LS1 were developed by the best European manufacturers. The Line Source speaker system's 6 1/2″ woofer features a powerful neodymium magnet with state-of-the-art cooling and less than 1,8 dB of power compression after 8 hours of maximum SPL.

The closely spaced 1″ dome tweeter in the LS1 offers excellent sensitivity, combining the performance of a horn-loaded design with the clarity of a dome tweeter. The extruded aluminum case is well damped and the triangular shape minimizes standing waves inside the case. The LS1 loudspeakers offer high quality sound reproduction for applications where top performance is required.
