Pulse Eight neo:UltraSR Receiver

The neo:UltraSR receiver is the perfect partner for the neo:X matrices. With its ultra-flat design and many integrated functions, the neo:UltraSR is the perfect HDBaseT solution for short distances.

Pulse-Eight have been designing and manufacturing their own products in the UK since 2010 and have developed industry leading HDBaseT and HDMI products including matrices, splitters and extender sets, as well as video and audio accessories, adding essential connectivity and manipulation capabilities to the installer's toolbox.

Ultra slim design

The neo:Ultra receiver has been designed to be as flat as possible. With a thickness of only 13 mm, the receiver can easily be hidden behind the display.

DSC visually lossless compression

DSC (Display Stream Compression) is a visually lossless, low-latency 4K video stream that reproduces the full color gamut on the display and uses the latest technology to transmit true 4K UHD.

Unlike other compressions, DSC preserves the 10-bit or 12-bit HDR signals instead of reducing them to 8-bit and then reproducing them. This results in the most accurate image quality available today.

Power supply via HDBaseT (PoH)

The neo:Ultra HDMI receiver is powered exclusively via the HDBaseT connection.

Simply connect a CAT cable between the receiver and the neo-Matrix to transmit video and power without requiring a power adapter at the receiver.

Audio Return Channel (ARC)

Sound from the screen can be sent back to allow for an audio breakout - perfect when you're using the TV's built-in applications via HDMI with ARC but need sound through external speakers. ARC uses the same cable as the HDBaseT connection, so no additional cables are required.

Bi-directional IR

Sometimes your control system needs to control not only the source, but also the TV or other device in the room. With bi-directional IR, you can connect IR buds* to devices to control remote and local devices.

*Compatible with Control4 and Episode IR receivers and flashers only.
