VENTILATED TWEETER

CERAMETALLIC WOOFER - ALL NEW DESIGN

The Cerametallic™ woofers, a signature feature of the Reference Premiere Series, are exceptionally stiff and lightweight, ensuring minimal distortion and maximum efficiency. New aluminum shorting rings reduce distortion and increase resilience. and the new motor structure improve transmission characteristics with more control at higher speed and accuracy.

TRACTRIX PORTS

Thanks to the Tractrix geometry, the Klipsch RP-8000F II Reference Premiere Ports enable the most efficient and fastest air transport from the housing, which reduces port noise and allows for more punchy low frequencies. Klipsch Tractrix vents have specially designed internal bulges that reduce air turbulence as it enters the vent. Less air turbulence reduces port noise for clean, powerful bass.

BI-WIRING/BI-AMPING CAPABILITY

Two input terminals for bi-wiring/bi-amping capability. Bi-wiring separates the high and low frequency currents in separate speaker cables, reducing intermodulation distortion for a clearer midrange. Bi-amping allows for further optimization of performance with separate external power amplifiers for the high and low frequency drivers.

ADVANCED CASE DESIGN
