The subwoofer specialist Velodyne Acoustics is presenting two new subwoofer series at this year's Integrated Systems Europe in Barcelona, ​​which of course we don't want to withhold from you.

Velodyne Acoustics Deep Waves Series

With the high-quality, matt black housing and an active driver that radiates to the front, together with passive radiators that radiate to the side, the Deep Waves series ensures an unexpected presence in the home cinema. New technology also makes app control from the listening position a uniquely convenient experience. The Velodyne Deep Waves series consists of two active subwoofers available in configurations with 10" drivers and 350 watts of amplifier power and with 12" drivers and 400 watts of amplifier power. With the active driver, Velodyne uses a paper composite material and a nitrile rubber surround on the membrane side, and powerful voice coils with four-layer winding on the drive side.

The closed subwoofers of the VI-Q series show everything that characterizes the woofers from Velodyne Acoustics in a modern form. In addition, the three models have a particularly high-quality driver configuration and the iWoofer™ app, which gives users full control with room adjustment, a 25-band parametric equalizer and presets. The Velodyne VI-Q series consists of 3 models with 10, 12 and 15 inch woofers with lightweight carbon fiber cones and 3 inch voice coils. The front of the closed and mechanically particularly rigid case of the 15-inch model consists of a 21-layer, 50 mm thick multiplex panel.
