This quickly becomes clear when you take a close look at some hi-fi cables after a few years: even a phono cable that costs €200 has a porous jacket, the insulation has shrunk and the copper has oxidized. Most cables are also exposed to enormous heat and corrosive fumes from the constantly “bubbling transformers”. They often attack the phono cable after a short time and change technical and electrical values ​​in the process.
Not so with ours NF phono cable STRATOS: This is not only electrically but also acoustically adapted to the conditions of high-end hi-fi systems.
The NF phono cable STRATOS sounds extremely natural, airy and unobtrusive and offers complete calm within musical breaks. And it is - as far as the adaptation to audio systems from various manufacturers is concerned - extremely unproblematic.

The NF phono cable STRATOS is perfectly protected by multiple shielding (braid + semiconductor) against problematic EMC interference fields. For good heat dissipation, we have woven special plastic fibers into the cross-braid and added an extremely durable and heat-resistant jacket material. The copper strands have a special conductor smoothing to increase conductivity. This in turn protects the oxygen-free CU strands from external influences and oxidation. That was isolated SC STRATOS with a durable and microscopically fine PE/PP mixture.
