DOLBY ATMOS®

Dolby Atmos for home theater represents every note of the original theater mix as an audio object. Extensions to the Dolby Audio CODECs and an advanced, scalable algorithm enable Dolby Atmos to be transmitted via Blu-ray Disc and streaming media. DOLBY VISION®

AudioControl's IMAX Enhanced Immersive AV receivers and processors feature DTS:X Immersive Audio decoding, optimized to accurately reproduce the full dynamic range of the IMAX cinema sound mixes available in IMAX Enhanced content. With careful customizations modeled after the IMAX theater system, this proprietary IMAX audio mix is ​​translated for home theater environments and reproduced exclusively using a special variant of DTS:X codec technology to bring the signature IMAX sound experience to the home.
