New LG TV Line-Up 2023

In 2023 LG celebrates the 10th anniversary of its OLED technology: As a pioneer and world market leader in this field, LG has continuously perfected and further developed the self-illuminating pixels over the past decade, enabling the company to maintain its leadership position in the global premium TV market. The spearhead of the OLED product line this year are the new models of the OLED G3 and C3 series. Equipped with the unique LG OLED evo technology, the new model series offer higher brightness and color accuracy as well as amazing clarity and detail. Another major upgrade to this year's G3 series is LG's Brightness Booster Max technology, which includes a brand new lighting control architecture and light-boosting algorithms to boost brightness by up to 70 percent compared to traditional OLED TVs.1 The G3 is rounded off by the gallery design, which enables seamless wall mounting.

LG OLED TVs: Wide range of screen sizes

The LG OLED TV line-up 2023 offers a wide range of OLED screen sizes. In addition to an 83-inch model, the G3 series offers 77-, 65-, and 55-inch options. The models of the G3 series cost between €2.799 RRP (55 inches) and €8.699 RRP (83 inches).

With a total of six screen sizes, the C3 series from LG offers the largest selection of the 2023 OLED model series. The wide range of C3 series with 83, 77, 65, 55, 48 and 42 inch models will cost between €1.699 MSRP (42") and €7.299 MSRP (83").

The 2023 OLED TV range is complemented by the B3 series in three screen sizes (77, 65 and 55 inches). The prices for the OLED B3 family range between €1.899 RRP (55 inches) and €4.499 RRP (77 inches).

Another highlight of the portfolio are the globally unique 8K OLED TVs of the Z3 family, which are available with screen diagonals of 88 and 77 inches at a RRP of €29.999 and €14.999 respectively.

The launch of the 2023-inch LG SIGNATURE OLED TV M97 with Zero Connect technology presented at CES 3 is planned for the second half of 2023. Prices and dates will be announced at a later date.

Intelligent α9 Gen6 4K AI processor

The Z3, G3 and C3 series models are equipped with the new α9 Gen6 4K AI processor. The latest processor in the Alpha series uses a deep learning algorithm to ensure excellent picture and sound quality. AI Picture Pro offers improved upscaling for greater clarity, and improved OLED Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro brings out depth and detail in every image. The image is divided into 20.000 blocks and OLED Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro analyzes each block in real time to identify the darkest and brightest areas and deliver precise HDR optimization. In addition, the AI ​​Sound Pro function enables the TV's built-in speakers to create virtual 9.1.2 surround sound.

The 2023 LG OLED TV models are also the first TVs to be certified by the HDMI organization for the recently announced Quick Media Switching Variable Refresh Rate (QMS-VRR). QMS-VRR eliminates the momentary "black screen" that sometimes occurs when switching between content from different source devices connected to the TV via HDMI.2

LG QNED and 4K UHD TVs

In addition to its award-winning OLED TVs, LG has added new QNED TVs (43 to 86 inches) to its new TV lineup. The Premium LCD TVs use proprietary Quantum Dot NanoCell Color technology to produce rich, precise and extremely lifelike colors that contribute to an unforgettable and very immersive viewing experience. Equipped with QNED Million Gray Scale Block Dimming technology3, the latest QNED TVs are able to deliver contrast and black levels close to those of OLED TVs. In addition, the new models improve the contrast by a factor of 64 compared to their predecessors in order to reach one million dynamic gradations. In addition, the 2023 QNED TVs have a slimmer design than their predecessors and are more compatible with LG's new soundbar products.

In 2023, in addition to the QNED TVs mentioned, there will again be a wide range of 4K UHD TVs between 43 and 86 inches.

The new LG TVs are equipped with the latest webOS version webOS23 and include a number of new options, including the redesigned user interface All New Home, which comes up with a wealth of personalization options and more convenience - for an even better user experience. It also suggests useful settings, options and modes (including settings for family care, eye comfort, multi-view mode, clock, Bluetooth speaker connection and mute) to personalize the viewing and user experience.

Easy connectivity with LG Soundbars

For a premium home theater experience, LG OLED TVs continue to include the picture and sound enhancing features of Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Furthermore, this year's LG OLED TVs can be easily connected to the latest LG soundbars. If the devices are coupled with each other, consumers benefit from WOW Orchestra, among other things4, a new feature that uses all audio channels of both products to create even more powerful, realistic sound.

With their sophisticated design, the soundbars perfectly complement the minimalist look of the latest LG TVs and adapt to a variety of interior styles. A highlight is the new Soundbar DSC9, as a perfect complement to the OLED C series. A new bracket5 makes it possible to place the soundbar directly under the television and thus create a visually harmonious picture. With the bracket, which can be attached to the back of a compatible LG TV, the new soundbars can be mounted on the wall or on the pedestal in such a way that the best sound experience is guaranteed for the consumer - without annoying cable clutter or holes in the walls.

More accessibility on LG TVs

LG strives to make its technologies more inclusive and has implemented various features that make its latest TVs easier for people with disabilities to use. A long press on the LG Magic Remote's mute button brings up the Accessibility menu, which allows users to learn the remote's functions. To improve usability for the hearing impaired, Sign Language Zoom allows the user to adjust the size of the area where the sign language interpreter is displayed on the screen.
