LG equips TVs with Boosteroid

LG is expanding the cloud gaming experience on its 2023 TVs by launching the popular Boosteroid service in over sixty countries. Following the addition of Blacknut and Utomik in 2022, these compelling new options expand the range of cloud gaming services available to LG TV users.

With the Game Quick Card on webOS 2023, gamers can now access services such as GeForce NOW, Utomik, Blacknut, the newly launched Boosteroid, as well as Twitch and YouTube right from the home screen of their LG TV.1 Gamers can play on the company's award-winning OLED TVs Enjoy an outstanding gaming experience that offers extremely smooth gameplay thanks to a response time of 0,1 milliseconds (grey-to-grey) and low input lag. The premium televisions from LG also offer an even more individual gaming experience with the Game Optimizer and a large number of customization functions and game genre-specific picture settings.

Another exciting addition to the cloud gaming services on LG TV is Boosteroid, the world's largest independent cloud gaming provider with four million users worldwide. By simply logging into their Boosteroid account, LG TV 2021-2023 (webOS 6.0+) owners in Europe, North America and part of LATAM now have access to hundreds of top PC video games, including some of the world's most popular AAA titles without the need for a console or set-top box. With 18 server locations worldwide, the service offers reliably smooth gaming fun and hours of interactive gaming fun.

The company will continue to work with leaders in the gaming industry to offer its customers a wide range of options to suit different tastes and interests, while continuing to enhance the gaming capabilities of its outstanding TVs. This year, LG TV owners can look forward to even more cloud gaming services, including Amazon Luna.
