NEWAURO BV presented a new soundbar system platform for the first time at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2023) in Las Vegas from January 5th to 7th. A fully integrated solution is now available that includes the latest Auro-Scene speaker virtualization technology. It enables device manufacturers to build advanced soundbar systems ranging from stereo to 7.1.4, also supporting configurable satellite speakers.

A base 5.1.2 system can be expanded by four channels using two satellite speakers configured as either surround back speakers with up-firing drivers or front height speakers with two additional side-firing drivers. This unique configuration allows customers to place the satellite speakers in the front-height position for an even higher level of immersion.

The Auro 3D Engine, a complete solution for AURO 3D soundbars, comes as a single, integrated component that includes the premium Auro codec decoder, the premium Auro-Matic upmixer for immersive sound, and the Auro-Scene virtualization technologies includes. It can be configured to develop anything from mainstream stereo soundbars to high-end 7.1.4 systems and smart speakers.
