DALI CONNECT SC F222C

The DALI CONNECT SC RM230C is a particularly inexpensive, universally applicable loudspeaker cable. It is also ideal for longer cable runs, eg for connecting surround loudspeakers.

This is twice 2,2 mm in cross-section² The powerful DALI CONNECT SC F222C is an inexpensive all-round cable for use with speakers from the ZENSOR and OPTICON series or for overcoming longer cable routes, for example to the rear surround channels or permanently installed ceiling or wall speakers.

High purity copper strands and polyethylene shield
An arrangement of 57 wires made of high-purity and oxygen-free copper, each with a diameter of 0,22 mm, ensures that the audio signals are transmitted with as little loss as possible. Each conductor strand is individually shielded by polyethylene (PE), which also keeps the conductor bundles firmly together. With the combination of the cross-section of each 2,2 mm² strong copper conductors, the concentric bundling of the strands, an inner polyethylene (PE) shield and a robust and flexible jacket, one comes a big step closer to DALI's goal of a sound that is as unadulterated, rich in detail and balanced as possible.

Concentric bundling of the conductors
The use of pure oxygen-free copper, concentric bundling and insulating materials with low dielectric losses ensure low cable resistance, low distortion and a well-shielded signal path. With all DALI loudspeaker cables, it is important that the conductors are woven as closely together as possible, but are still flexible so that they can be laid easily. Because the conductor bundles of the DALI CONNECT SC F222C are twisted together in three layers and the course of the conductors is reversed from layer to layer, the individual cores are very close together. Therefore, the individual strands can be pressed together extremely tightly, which at the same time minimizes the microphonic effects.

The DALI CONNECT SC loudspeaker cables enable such a good transmission of musical details and very quiet signals, as is normally only possible with significantly more expensive products.
