The screen cloth undergoes a special high-temperature treatment that gives it outstanding light-absorbing properties. It absorbs light effectively, minimises reflections and scattering, and thus ensures improved contrast and increased image quality. Particularly notable are the deep and rich blacks, which ensure a more vivid and detailed image.
For canvas sizes 121" and above, the canvas is made by seamlessly joining two separate pieces together. This process may cause a slight crease along the seam, but it is barely noticeable and does not affect the viewing experience. This crease is not noticeable during use and is hardly noticeable in normal use.

I really wanted a 130-inch screen and got advice from Mr. Kraske on site, who then gave me this screen as a tip with the possibility of getting it in all sizes up to 150 inches as a custom-made product. The crux of the matter was the delivery time of just under a month, which was quite acceptable for a custom-made product. Of course, time passed a little more slowly if you waited impatiently. The 130 inch cloth consists of two cloths glued together? At least you can see where the two canvases connect. I hesitated between LumaScreens and HKW Screens. Both have the same frame and mounting system. What was crucial for me was what the cloth actually looked like. At LumaScreens there was no sample available yet, while at HKW Screens a sample could be made available or ordered immediately. After a test at home and a detailed discussion with home cinema worlds and home cinema rooms, I decided on this screen:
1) I liked the detailed advice from Home Cinema Worlds much better. All the differences on the market were discussed here and what the screen is all about was explained in a factual and understandable way. When it comes to home cinema rooms, there was hardly any information here. Somehow the employee at Heimkinoraum was also quite dissatisfied with this screen, but also with the Elite Screens. But he couldn't explain it exactly. That surprised me a bit because Elite Screens had previously been highly praised.
2) The sample canvas was there and I was able to see for myself.
Conclusion: The quality and price for the fabric and frame system are right here. If available, I would still consider it against a sample of the LumaScreens at some point. Simply out of interest. So in the end I decided on this canvas and I don't regret it for a moment.

Be careful with screens larger than 120 inches!
The screen consists of two fabrics put together. Unfortunately, a 120 inch + a 15 inch fabric is not used here. Then the seam would be within the black bars for 21:9 content. In my case, it is at a height of 110 cm and thus runs right through the image. In addition, the seam is not completely light-tight and, contrary to the description, is clearly visible.
This means that the screen is of no use to me. That's a shame, because the cloth itself is fine.

Thank you for your review. We would like to address some of your points and provide clarity.
We have installed well over 30 custom-made screens measuring 120 inches or more ourselves. It is true that the seam can be visible in the unprojected area, but it disappears completely when the image is projected. One customer even uploaded a video of a 150-inch screen to our Google profile, which confirms this. We have also published numerous videos of our screens.
At a suitable viewing distance, the seam is barely noticeable even when the power is off. For reasons of tightening and long-term quality, we cannot simply glue an extra piece of cloth to a 120-inch screen, as this would lead to different tensions at the seam. The height of the seam is therefore chosen individually depending on the size of the cloth (121 - 150 inches).
The CLR canvas is not completely opaque, which is normal and does not affect the seam. After all, you don't hang the canvas in front of a window, but on a wall.
The canvas material is only available in certain dimensions on the roll, and other manufacturers also have to resort to seams for larger sizes. In our CLR Classic series, the only option we currently offer is a seamless canvas up to 132 inches. However, this is the only material currently available seamlessly over 120 inches.
It is important to stress that the CLR Black STAR material we use is the best material available on the market with the highest quality coating. While we can offer a seamless option in the CLR Classic series, this material does not achieve the same image reproduction quality as the CLR Black STAR series.
